Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our Night shift team. You will produce high-quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The role requires ARRT registration, Ohio licensure, and CPR/BLS certification, with on-the-job training for CT credential if needed. A biweekly 60-hour schedule and tiered on-site nights support operations at our Level One Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in various settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
