Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging, assist with procedures, and coordinate inpatient and outpatient scheduling. The role emphasizes patient education and collaboration with nurses, physicians, and radiologists in a high-volume CT department.

Required ARRT registration with CT credential within a year, Ohio license, and BLS. Night shifts with cross-training and potential sign-on incentives support a strong, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT; CT credential within 12 months.
• Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) required.
• American Heart Association BLS or obtain within probationary period.
• Preferred: ARRT CT certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce CT images and supervise CT exams across settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and exam expectations.
• Communicate effectively under stress and work with the CT team.
