Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Night Crew Chief is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Night Crew Chief oversees all functions in the grocery areas overnight, including but not limited to sales and operational results through ordering, inventory management, stocking, leveling, decision-making, employee engagement and development, and fostering an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store, and company. Additionally, the Night Crew Chief ensures compliance with all laws, company policies, and procedures, including labor, safety regulations, asset protection, and food safety.
