Sitemetric LLC in New Florence, MO seeks an Access Control Officer to manage on-site worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics, ensuring safety and smooth operations on customer construction sites.

This field-based role requires in-person work, shift-based hours, occasional travel, and a current OSHA-10/OSHA-30 certification; you will work closely with senior leadership to uphold site security and support customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to handle complex challenges beyond assigned duties.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility for customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance for all entrants.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges scanned to verify identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor pass usage.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: support access control, logs, troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
