Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support on-site operations at New Florence, MO. You will manage worker registration, badging, and site access, coordinate parking, visitors, and deliveries, and provide hands-on support across multiple sites with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong customer service skills, English proficiency, and flexibility to work shift-based schedules; OSHA 10/30 is preferred. Travel within the US may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control per site requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and scan in personnel.
• Parking Management: issue and monitor parking passes.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers.
