Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Happy Valley, Oregon, is hiring a Full-Time Overnight Concierge to support independent living residents. This role centers on warmth, professionalism, and timely service during the overnight shift, Friday to Tuesday nights, 10:00PM to 6:30AM, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

You will greet residents, assist with daily tasks, respond to emergencies, manage reservations and communications, monitor security, and collaborate with other departments

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service
• Ability to use technology include desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
• Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
• Ability to solve practical problems

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and compassion
• Provide helpful assistance for residents with items such as troubleshooting tv's, phones, laptops, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping tasks
• Respond to resident needs with care, kindness, and efficiency
• Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls, including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed
• Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, managing room reservations, responding to emails
• Answering resident questions
• Monitoring security cameras
• Answering phone calls
• Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding concierge desk
• Delivering packages and newspapers
• Assisting other departments as needed
