Job summary

Clearwater Living’s Clearwater at Sonoma Hills in Rohnert Park is seeking a part-time Concierge for the night shift to warmly welcome residents and guests, greet visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and support multiple departments with friendly, professional service.

This role emphasizes safety and smooth operations, including logbook sign-in, emergency responsiveness, and maintaining a neat front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• TB health requirements may apply; CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and welcome residents as the first point of contact.
• Answer and transfer calls, relay messages in a courteous manner.
• Monitor sign-in/out logs and report any concerns to supervision.
• Support multiple departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a neat front entrance and professional appearance at all times.
