Job summary

Cascades of Oregon City is seeking a Concierge to create a welcoming environment and support residents and families. You will greet guests, coordinate tours with sales, and help other departments as needed.

This part-time, on-call role requires reliable transportation, strong communication, good judgment, and a caring, professional demeanor. Weekend shifts are required; all shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communicator with staff, residents and their families.
• Reliable transportation and punctual to work.
• Ownership attitude and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Compassionate and professional representation of the community.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with tours as needed.
• Take calls and deliver messages promptly.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Establish relationships with residents, family, and staff.
• Maintain resident and employee files per standards.
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure brochures and move-in packets are ready for tours.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission and values.
