Qualifications

• Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and first impressions for residents, families, visitors, and prospects.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, tours, and creating a positive experience.
• Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist residents and families with questions and requests; coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and events to share information proactively.
• Perform administrative tasks and keep reception area organized and welcoming.
• Maintain safety and comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Promote teamwork and open communication aligned with MBK principles.
