Job summary

Clearwater Ahwatukee in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Overnight Concierge for the night shift (11:00pm–7:00am). The role greets visitors, answers phones, relays messages, and delivers high-level customer service while supporting multiple departments and resident needs.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year in senior living or hospitality preferred, and health and background clearances; First Aid/CPR/BLS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior living, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• First Aid/CPR/BLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers, convey warmth and provide information.
• Answer, transfer, and deliver messages professionally.
• Monitor entrance areas and sign in/out visitors in logbook; report suspicious activity.
• Sort and distribute mail and assist with resident requests.
• Maintain lost and found and replenish administrative supplies.
• Support Executive Director and departments with administrative tasks.
• Assist with meal attendance tracking and room service alerts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and follow Clearwater Living policies.
• Promote teamwork and present a professional image at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
