Job summary

Grand Living in Naples, FL is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents and guests. This part-time role runs 11pm to 7am on Saturdays and Sundays, offering a high-end hospitality environment within our senior living community.

You will handle clerical tasks, coordinate requests, direct calls, distribute mail, and interact with residents, families, and vendors under supervision of the Business Office Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in the senior housing field preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand the English language to communicate with residents, family members, peers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents; respond to requests.
• Coordinate activities and distribute correspondence.
• Direct phone calls and manage visitor interactions.
• Support the Business Office Manager with standard administrative tasks.
