Job summary

Clearwater Newport Beach is seeking a part-time Concierge for the night shift to welcome residents and visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and perform top-tier customer service within our luxury senior living community.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, about one year of related hospitality or senior living experience preferred, and willingness to be flexible on schedule. This position offers excellent benefits and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or related field preferred.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
Must meet health requirements, including TB.
Current First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and residents and answer calls with a professional, courteous manner.
Relay messages and perform administrative duties to support multiple departments.
Monitor and report any suspicious activity immediately to a supervisor.
Assist with mail, special resident requests, and meal attendance tracking forms.
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Clearwater Living standards.
