Dweck Properties is seeking a Part-Time Evening Concierge to greet residents, manage front desk duties, and coordinate services during the 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. shift. You will handle calls, packages, and resident requests while maintaining a welcoming environment across common areas.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and the ability to work with changing priorities. The role emphasizes professionalism, clear communication, and reliable follow-through in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Willingness to train someone with the right service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, assist with directions and information.
• Answer calls, take messages, route to appropriate team.
• Sort, log, secure mail and packages; deliver to doors as allowed.
• Assist with amenity reservations and resident requests.
• Document service requests and notify maintenance with details.
• Support resident events and community activities.
• Maintain organized front desk records and handoff notes.
• Keep lobby and desk stocked with supplies and PPE.
