Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona, is seeking a Certified Patient Care Assistant (CNA) to join our Surgical Oncology team on the 4W unit. This full-time night shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for CNAs/LNAs and access to Banner Health's Magnet-recognized hospital environment.

You will support postoperative and general surgery patients with a focus on high-quality care and customer service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Current BLS certification is required
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in state of practice is required

Responsabilidades

• Provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.
• Collects patient data and vital signs, documents in the medical records, and communicates changes to the care team.
• Performs procedures and uses equipment under supervision, including tasks like blood draws and EKG monitoring as delegated by a licensed professional
