Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Certified Patient Care Assistant to join our Medical Surgical team at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ. This full-time night shift (6pm–6:30am) includes weekend rotations and a competitive differential; CNA/LNA are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, document data, and support the care team across a 60-bed telemetry/med-surg unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CNA in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Collect Vital signs, input/output, and other delegated measurements.
• Document in medical records and coordinate with care team.
• Assist with pre/post-operative patient transport and unit turnover.
• Provide clerical support and maintain patient records and supplies.
