Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Wayne, NJ is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time night shifts. Compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, plus shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new CNAs.

We offer medical, dental and vision plans, PTO plus volunteer hours, a 401(k) match, onsite medical centers, and education assistance. Referrals earn a $1,500 bonus for internal hires on night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with a compassionate approach.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
