Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is hiring CNAs for full- and part-time night shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new CNAs, plus a $1,500 employee referral bonus for internal referrals that result in hire into night shift roles.

Full-time and part-time night schedules available, with compensation $21-$25 per hour plus shift differential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k with match, onsite medical centers, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
