Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time night shifts and part-time night shifts. You will support residents with daily living and assist with personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with a focus on comfort and belonging.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
