Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking CNAs/GNAs for full-time and part-time night shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time night CNAs and a $1,500 referral bonus for internal staff referrals are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state where you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focused on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
