Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is hiring CNAs. Full-time and part-time night shifts are available with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new CNAs, and internal referrals for night shifts offer a $1,500 bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans emphasizing strengths and routines, while providing comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
