Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is hiring CNAs/GNAs for full-time and part-time night shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new CNAs, with an additional $1,500 referral bonus for internal referrals leading to hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement personal care plans respecting residents’ preferences.
• Support resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
