Recovery Innovations in Columbus, OH is seeking a Clinician II to provide recovery-oriented counseling during crisis care shifts. You will tailor service plans, perform assessments, and guide individuals toward their goals in a supportive environment.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, licensed/associate credentials, and strong documentation skills. Evening hours and on-call availability are noted. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
• State professional certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops a recovery service plan and uses recovery-oriented counseling to engage individuals in their recovery journey.
• Orients individuals to the program, collaborates, assesses needs and facilitates goal development.
• Conducts thorough clinical assessments and treatment plans for services.
• Provides short- and long-term recovery-oriented counseling and education, group or individual.
• Provides family education and family counseling.
• Completes clinical documentation and submits authorizations in a timely fashion.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and organizational policies.
