Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a Care Coordinator to support individuals through admission, engagement, recovery, and discharge processes at the Franklin County Crisis Care Center in Columbus, OH.

The role requires a behavioral health background, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate care across teams. The position involves an 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift with travel as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include behavioral health degree or related experience.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Must be able to pass de-escalation training.

Responsibilities

• Guest Care & Advocacy: coordinates care and resources across services.
• Documents information to ensure coordinated care and compliance.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams and collaborates with other providers.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
