Job summary

RI International in Columbus, OH seeks a Clinician II to develop recovery service plans and engage individuals in their recovery journey through recovery-oriented counseling.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, associate licensure, state certification, and at least one year of behavioral health experience. It involves nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) at Franklin County Crisis Care Center, with strong emphasis on crisis care duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
• State professional certification where applicable.
• Minimum of one year of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-oriented counseling and develop recovery plans.
• Perform clinical assessments and create treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate referrals and family education as needed.
• Deliver recovery education courses and group sessions.
