Job summary

RI International is seeking a Clinician II in Durham, NC for a full-time overnight shift. The role develops recovery plans and delivers recovery-oriented counseling, safely guiding individuals through their treatment journey.

Requirements include a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, licensure in good standing, and state certification where applicable. The position emphasizes documentation, compliance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
• State professional certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops recovery service plans and uses recovery-oriented therapy.
• Orientates individuals to the program and facilitates goal development.
• Conducts clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide short- and long-term recovery-oriented counseling and education.
• Provide family education and counseling.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and document appropriately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
