Job summary

Basecamp Recovery Center in Whitehall (Columbus, OH) is seeking a Counselor to support clients on their recovery journey, conducting clinical assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling services.

You will maintain confidential documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in supervision and ongoing education, and respond to crises as needed to promote sobriety and reintegration into the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Active state licensure (LPC, LSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience with substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the mission and participate in staff meetings.
• Establish professional relationships with clients and staff.
• Provide individual and group substance use and mental health services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Serve as liaison to community resources and manage caseload.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
