Job summary

Performance Foodservice, McAlester, OK, is seeking a Shuttle Driver to move empty trailers to warehouses and deliver full trailers to yards. You will operate tandem tractors, trailers and lift equipment in compliance with DOT rules and safety standards, ensuring timely, secure deliveries.

Required: CDL A with Doubles, 21+, clean MVR, ability to lift 60–90 lbs, and pass drug/test. Night schedule Sun–Thu. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months commercial driving experience required.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• DOT Health Card current or ability to secure one.
• Able to lift 60–90 pounds and operate loading equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transport empty trailers to operating company locations and deliver full trailers to domicile yards.
• Drive tandem tractor/trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines; perform safety checks.
• Complete route paperwork and daily hours-of-service records.
• Unload and secure freight, keep trailers clean and organized.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues professionally.
