Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers to operating company warehouses and return with full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards. This role requires operating tractor/trailer equipment, adhering to DOT regulations, and communicating effectively with customers and team members.

The position offers 60,000–70,000 USD annually, Sunday through Thursday schedule, starting at 9am and continuing until finish.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Pre/post trip safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Inspect tractor/trailer and load security.
• Drive and deliver trailers per route schedule.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per regulations.
• Park and secure trailers; maintain equipment and yard area.
