The role emphasizes mentoring a team and applying strengths-based, positive practices to daily activities and resident well-being.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 1 year of direct care experience.
• Valid Driver license and ability to drive an organizational vehicle.
• Act 33/34/73 clearances and pre-employment drug screen.
