• Clearances (Act 33/34/73) and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and training to adults with ID/SMI in residential settings.
• Mentor and develop a team using strengths‑based approaches.
• Engage residents in on-site and community activities to support well‑being.
• Ensure health and safety of residents and site operations.
