Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 1 year of direct care experience.
• Valid Driver license.
• Ability to drive an organizational vehicle.
• Act 33/34/73 clearances.
• Pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and training to adults with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness in our residential treatment locations.
• Experience developing and mentoring a team using a strengths‑based approach and positive practices.
• Work in a 56 bed Personal Care Home located in Wilkinsburg, PA, on a bus line.
• Engage with residents on site and in the community, supporting well‑being through social activities.

Education
