Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 1 year of direct care experience.
• Valid Driver license.
• Ability to drive an organizational vehicle.
• Act 33/34/73 clearances.
• Pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist and train adults with ID/SMI in residential treatment locations.
• Mentor and develop a team using a strengths-based approach and positive practices.
• Work in a 56-bed Personal Care Home in Wilkinsburg, PA, accessible by bus line.
• Engage residents on site and in the community through social activities.
