• Experience working with people who have mental health conditions and/or dementia desirable.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to bring positive outcomes and care for our residents.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in tasks of household, personal and group management.
• Liaise with professionals and maintain care plans.
• Administer medication and maintain medication records.
