Qualifications

• NVQ 2 or above preferred; training and personal development provided

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement with household, personal and group tasks
• Reinforce skills already learned and support residents
• Be a Key worker and plan/organise residents' care
• Liaise with professionals and significant people
• Develop and review care and personal plans and update on the care app
• Attend interviews/meetings and flexible by the Registered Manager
• Participate in supervision sessions and training courses
• Attend and support residents' house meetings and staff meetings
• Adhere to home policies and procedures
• Administer/assist in medication and maintain records
