Job summary

Guild House, part of Gloucester Charities Trust, seeks a Care and Support Assistant Nights for 30 hours per week. You will support older residents, including those with dementia, at night with compassionate care and respect.

Role requires care experience and willingness to obtain NVQ/QCF 2 in Health and Social Care or the Care Certificate. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and structured training to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate with experience in care work.
• Ability to support residents to maintain independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult care for residents at night.
• Follow individual care plans and care routines.
