Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA) for night shifts in Gilbert, AZ. You will provide hands-on care, support residents and families, and follow Personalized Service Plans to maintain a safe, home-like environment.

The role requires compassion, adherence to care standards, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. Training on dementia care and memory care neighborhoods is provided.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred or may be required by state.
• Experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to perform personal care aspects.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Participates in developing and updating Personalized Service Plans with families.
• Follows hydration schedules and ensures residents dine or receive room service as needed.
• Completes meal attendance sheets and accounts for residents who did not dine in dining room.
• Knows and complies with all resident rights.
• Initiates, assigns and assists with activities as appropriate.
• Checks assigned residents daily for cleanliness, clothing, continence, and changes in condition.
• Uses proper sanitary procedures and universal precautions.
• Checks resident rooms daily for cleanliness and takes appropriate action.
• Assists with laundry and housekeeping tasks in common areas and bathrooms.
• Completes all ADLs for residents per their PSP.
• Responds promptly to security system and resident call bells.
