Job summary

The Gilbert Residence is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for the night shift to support seniors in assisted living, memory care, and nursing units. You will work under a Med-Tech supervision to assist with activities of daily living and social engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven reliable attendance and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, meals, toileting, grooming, and oral care.
• Measure intake/output and weigh residents; monitor vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, mobility aids, and ROM exercises.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and clothing; assist with daily routines.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in unit activities.
