Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide for night shifts (6pm–6am), including every other weekend, at our Murfreesboro location. Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities, reporting concerns, and supporting activities while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, completion of an approved PCA program, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations as applicable.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Contribute to nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide night-time care from 6pm to 6am, including every other weekend.
• Report incidents and care concerns to RN/LPN or supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or alerts.
• Support activity planning and resident emotional well-being.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and respect privacy.
