Harmony Senior Services in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide quality daily living support to residents, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, calm environment during emergencies.

You will perform housekeeping, support activities, and coordinate with nursing staff. A HS diploma or GED and completion of an approved PCA program are required; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
