Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide in Murfreesboro, TN. You will provide daily living assistance, respond to calls and emergencies, and support residents with activities in a diverse senior living community.

Responsibilities include reporting care concerns, assisting with meals and activities, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across shifts. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtained within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents.
• Report incidents or care concerns to RN/LPN or ED as appropriate.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and move-in transitions.
