The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and accurate record-keeping while contributing to continuous improvement and high-volume baking operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with dough processing or bakery operations is preferred.
• Comfort with monitoring process controls and making routine adjustments.
• Ability to document production data accurately using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Support sheeting line operations to maintain consistent product flow and production efficiency.
• Monitor process controls, product specifications, and dough quality to ensure compliance with standards.
• Stage and handle materials to support uninterrupted production operations.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Identify and communicate equipment, process, or product issues to production leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to GMP and food safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
