Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read production schedules and instructions.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning in standard tasks.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Excel.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 25–50 lbs around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate box forming, bag inserting, and box taping equipment.
• Verify materials, machine settings, and product specs.
• Conduct quality checks on seals, box strength, packaging integrity.
• Adjust equipment for varying sizes.
• Communicate performance issues to leadership.
• Maintain GMP and food safety compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
