Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Basic knowledge of bakery operations or dough processing.
• Ability to understand process controls and perform routine adjustments.
• Ability to document production data and operate computer-based systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb independently (up to 100 lb with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Support sheeting line operations to maintain product flow and efficiency.
• Monitor process controls and dough quality for compliance with standards.
• Stage and handle materials to support uninterrupted production.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain production records.
• Identify equipment or process issues and communicate to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per GMP and food safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
