Legacy Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly financials and ensure flawless guest billing while delivering outstanding service. The role supports overnight operations, guest inquiries, and seamless check-ins/check-outs with a focus on accuracy and security.

The candidate should have 2+ years in hospitality, familiarity with hotel systems, and must obtain an Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days. This is a full-time night position with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools.
• Must obtain Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
• Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures.
• Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift.
