Legacy Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight financial reconciliations and guest services with accuracy and care. You will balance transactions, prepare reports, and resolve billing discrepancies while supporting check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel or front desk experience preferred.
• Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
• Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures.
• Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift.
