Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience required, 2 year hotel/clerk experience strongly preferred.
• Previous cash handling and POS system experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day night operation of the property, including front desk duties and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure front desk procedures meet standards and goals.
• Maintain guest information confidentiality and data security.
• Assist guests, team members, and vendors during shifts.
• Keep the lobby, reception, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation.
