Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with ability to thrive overnight.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Stand for entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Resolve guest issues to their satisfaction using problem solving.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile charges to receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between shifts and departments.
