Job summary

Olympia Hospitality and Glass Light Hotel & Gallery is seeking a Night Auditor to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours (10pm–6am or 11pm–7am). You will handle reservations, guest accounts, and issue resolution while supporting daily financial reporting.

The role requires basic accounting knowledge, customer service experience, and comfort with hotel systems. Competitive benefits and a family-friendly employer culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/experience of accounting principles.
• Prior customer service/hospitality experience is preferred.
• High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
• Must be willing to cross train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
• Perform guest services functions as required (i.e. check guests in/out, take reservations, we-up calls, etc.).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute necessary daily reports as required (i.e., Daily Operating Report, Discount Programs, Tax Reports, etc.) according to hotel standards.
• Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Prioritize job functions in order to meet deadlines.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual data processing system functions as required.
• Keep management abreast of any unusual operational or financial events and/or deviations of policies or procedures.
• Respond to governmental inquiries upon receipt.
