• Trained how to talk with guests
• Basic computer knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Handle check-ins/outs and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Maintain front desk and back office cleanliness and organization.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with the Guest Response Program guidance.
