Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly hotel operations from 11:00pm to 7:30am, including reconciling accounts, generating reports, and ensuring guest satisfaction during the overnight hours.

The role involves verifying guest accounts, handling late check-ins and early check-outs, updating the M3 system, and performing administrative tasks while maintaining security and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit or accounting experience preferred.
• Computer skills including Excel and arithmetic ability required.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Shift may include holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is a overnight position, candidates must be available to work 11:00pm - 7:30am. Our Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, including reconciling financial transactions, generating reports, and ensuring guest satisfaction during overnight hours. They verify the accuracy of guest accounts, handle late check-ins and early check-outs, and address any guest inquiries or concerns that may arise during the night shift.
